Processing Orders

Once we receive your order please allow 24 to 48 hours for processing excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays. All orders are subject to processing times that are separate from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been fulfilled. After processing is completed you will receive a tracking number immediately. please note, that your tracking number will update once UPS has received the package and it is successfully processed through their system. 

Purchasing

Please note: At this time, once your order has been processed we will NOT be able to cancel that order if you have changed your mind for any reason. If you wish to return the item once you receive it, please see our Refund/Returns Policy here

Shipping 

• At this time we only fulfill and ship orders domestically in the U.S.
• We ship all orders Free through UPS Ground 5-7 Business Days. *(Free shipping is subject to change at any time without reason)

• To ensure that your package arrives in a timely fashion please make sure your address is entered correctly and includes all required and relevant information. correct street numbers, abbreviations, buildings, and apartment numbers are very critical pieces of information for ensuring delivery. 
  
• DIRTY CLOTH NYC is not responsible for a lost, stolen, incorrect address, or misplaced package. Once a package has left our HQ location, and is in the hands of the UPS carrier service, we have no control over the package.
