Refund policy

RETURNS

  • All returns must be initiated within (7) business days of receiving your order (excluding weekends and national holidays)All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached
  • Returns are not processed until we receive the returned item(s) at our HQ Location.
  • In order to initiate a return, you must email us at (info@dirtycloth.com) and we will be glad to assist you.
  • Once a return label has been issued, the item(s) must be dropped off at your most convenient UPS store location within (3) business days (excluding Sundays and Holidays).

Please Note: At this time we are unable to "Exchange" items due to limited garments per design and size. Therefore we only provide returns/refunds for qualifying purchases as described above. 

 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item(s), please email customer service at “Info@dirtycloth.com” to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

(A prepaid shipping label will be sent to the email address used to place your order once your return is approved)


REFUNDS

After we receive your return and inspect the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.


EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Accessories.
  • Limited Editions/One-of-a-kind items.
  • Headwear.
  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

All returns are subject to the following... 

  • A $10.00 restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
  • A $5.00 return shipping fee will be charged for all returns.
  • Any taxes charged will also be returned for qualifying orders. 
  • See below for information on refused packages.

 

Refused Packages

Any order that is not able to be delivered by the service courier will be returned to our HQ Location and treated as a return. Customers will be given full credit for the item(s) purchased. Shipping costs are not refunded
